“Are online banking clients going to be pleased when they see the screen? Of course I’m concerned about interfaces. Online banking is our ‘face’ toward our clients. The question is, ‘What would you like to see?’ We try to make it more neat, more simple for our end-users.”

“I would say it’s not just the bank: responsible growth goes for every single company that you create. In the real world, nothing ever increases indefinitely; it’s never going to be superb all the time.”
